Enserve Company Limited announces a planned leadership transition, effective September 15, 2025, as part of the company’s long-term succession strategy.
Ikuma Matsunoki has been appointed as the new President, succeeding Keita Matsunoki, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
It has been the greatest honor of my career to lead Enserve and serve our valued customers, partners, and employees over the years. I extend my sincerest gratitude for the generous support and kindness I have received both professionally and personally throughout my tenure as President.
As I transition to the role of Chairman, I do so with full confidence in our company’s future. I am particularly proud to hand over the reins to my son, Ikuma Matsunoki, who is exceptionally well-prepared to guide Enserve Japan into its next era of growth. I kindly ask that you extend to him the same unwavering support and guidance that you have afforded me.
